Shipping Information
Orders take 1-3 business days for order processing. Please note that orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays (AEST). The ETA's below are shipping times from when your order has been dispatched.
Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. In the event that the item ordered is out of stock - your order will be fulfilled & shipped directly from our manufacturer. If so, our customer support team will contact you via email and let you know.
We offer free standard shipping on all US, CAN, AUS & NZ orders. The following shipping rates apply for orders to the UK, EU or remaining parts of the world.
Standard shipping rates (UK, EU & Rest of the World) will be calculated at checkout.
Express shipping rates (all countries) will be calculated at checkout.

What you need to know
All orders are shipped requiring signature on delivery. We do this to minimise delivery issues. If you would like your order to be shipped with authority to leave, please contact us at help@kurvwear.com .
Kurvwear is not responsible for any delays caused by our partnered shipping carriers, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
In the event that your order is shipped with authority to leave, please note that Kurvwear is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Kurvwear will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, the carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by the carrier's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. This applies to orders whereby an incorrect shipping address has been entered when the order was placed. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
